Glyn Hopkin Online Shop supplies parts and accessories predominently for right-hand drive (RHD) european market vehicles. Should a product be suitable for left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles, this will be specified in the vehicle description.

Prices on our online shop display both Excluding VAT (Bold RED) and Including VAT (Black, inc. VAT). Displaying both price variations assists our customers from within the European Union (VAT inclusive) and our International Customers (VAT Exempt), to make a more informed decision prior to purchasing. The term 'TAX' also refers to value added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are additional and displayed at checkout.

Glyn Hopkin Online Shop are committed to offering competitive prices to our customers. Whether online, or in a local Glyn Hopkin Ltd branch, we aim to make our prices clear, fair and appealing to our customers. Our Glyn Hopkin Ltd branches have very different operational requirements and running costs. Rents, for example are often more expensive in our branches due to their locations. These, and other factors such as staffing, local rates and volume discounts on products, mean there are differences in prices between our online shop and local Glyn Hopkin branches.

The price you pay online is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. No other prices published by Glyn Hopkin Ltd or vehicle manufacturers are applicable to these products.

Where you are not a UK resident and you have ordered products for delivery by Glyn Hopkin Online Shop to a non-UK address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable on either.

We accept online debit/credit card payments only, from many payment providers: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Electron etc. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal payments at this time.

You can check the delivery cost of a products(s) displayed online at any time. Simply add your requirements to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout. On the next screen you will be presented with our Shipping Estimate tool; entering your Country and Postcode will reveal the delivery options. The cost displayed excludes deliveries to remote areas outside of the UK, where a surcharge may be applicable. Also any additional surcharges that may be may be applied to your order after purchasing, due to its size and/or weight. For full details, please review our delivery pages. You will not be charged until you visit our payment page and enter your payment card details. All prices displayed are UK GBP (£) Sterling. For bulk order enquiries please e-mail us for further assistance. Please be aware all International deliveries are shipped on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms; the purchaser (you) are responsible for effecting customs clearance, and paying any customs duties.

Yes we do refund the delivery charges in most instances. However, in some cases delivery charges may not be refunded i.e. partial deliveries. Please review our returns policies for more information.

Our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses; requiring a full geographical address to successfully process an order.

An additional surcharge may be applied to your order after purchasing, due to it's size and/or weight. These items are classified as Over-Sized or Over-Weight pieces and stated on the product information page where applicable. We rely on the weight and dimensions of the packaged product to determine products that require an additional surcharge. A surcharge is only applied once to any applicable order; we will contact you via e-mail to confirm you wish to proceed, offering advice on how to make payment. Over-Sized Piece - Packaged orders/products with a length greater than 120 cm or total dimensional measurements greater than 120 cm x 80 cm x 80 cm Over-Weight Piece - Packaged orders/products with a weight greater than 70 kg

Once an order is placed we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days. An e-mail with courier tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched. In instances where there is a delay due to product availability i.e. back orders. We will endeavour to contact you via e-mail in these instances as soon as we are aware of any lengthy delay.

Re-stocking fees are charged for any items returned that are not the result of error on our part. We go to great lengths to assure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional. Restocking fees are generally used to deal with the costs incurred with your return.

Please thoroughly inspect all items at the time of delivery and check if an items appears to have damage to its packaging. Please note this with delivery person and contact us immediately. Damaged, defective or items that are missing components may be returned for a replacement. Please email us at online.parts@glynhopkin.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide us with the following information: Name, order number, part number. Please also describe the issue with the item in question.

The add to basket button cannot be clicked when we are unable to supply a product temporarily. Should stock become available again, our website will be updated to reflect this change.
